PROJECT OVERVIEW项目概述

A small AI speaker that borrows the entire visual grammar of a classic single-player bartop arcade cabinet — joystick, side buttons, front screen window — and compresses it into a desktop product.

一台小型 AI 智能音箱,完整借用了经典单人吧台街机的视觉语言——顶部操纵摇杆、侧边功能按键、正面矩形屏幕窗口,并把它压缩到桌面尺寸。

The product keeps the original Xiaozhi AI speaker functions (voice interaction, voice search for music, Q&A, alarm, Bluetooth playback) while the sound cavity, microphone and touch screen are integrated into the arcade shell. The result targets the two problems of the category: desktop homogeneity and a dull, boxy form language.

产品保留小智 AI 音箱的语音交互、语音点歌、问答、闹钟与蓝牙播放等基础功能,把发声腔体、麦克风与触控屏幕集成进街机外壳,解决普通音箱桌面同质化、造型无趣的痛点。

THE BRIEF

Conventional smart speakers converge on the same cylinder or rounded box. For a desktop product the object has to earn its footprint visually — it sits in view all day next to a keyboard and a monitor.

传统智能音箱大多收敛为圆筒或方盒。作为桌面产品,它整天出现在键盘与显示器旁边,必须靠造型本身赢得这块位置。

TARGET

  • 01以游戏设备外观做差异化,抓住游戏爱好者与二次元玩家的审美偏好
  • 02“外观潮玩 + 实用音响”二合一,而不是纯粹的桌面摆件
  • 03体积必须适配书桌与工位,不能沿用大型街机的笨重尺寸

INSPIRATION创意灵感

DOUBLE-CATEGORY FUSION

The core idea is a cross-category merge: speaker × mini arcade. The reference is the classic bartop fighting cabinet, from which the three signature elements were extracted — the front display window, the top joystick position and the side function-key zone.

核心基底灵感是双品类跨界融合:音箱 + 迷你街机。原型来自经典单人吧台格斗街机,提取其标志性结构——正面显示窗口、顶部操纵杆位、侧边功能按键区。

FORM DESIGN外形设计

The cabinet is miniaturised with a heavy corner-radius treatment: a rounded rectangular volume with large-radius transitions on all four corners. The matte black body references the sprayed finish of old arcade cabinets, which also lets the white anime line art on the front face read clearly.

摒弃大型街机的笨重尺寸,做极致微缩圆角化改造:圆润的圆角长方体轮廓,弱化硬朗的工业数码感。哑光黑色机身参考老式街机喷涂质感,同时衬托正面白色二次元线稿。

STRUCTURE结构设计

SPLIT-MOULD SHELL

The whole unit is a 3D-printed split-mould shell: an upper cover and a lower base as the two main modules, with a rounded racetrack profile. Surface treatment is matte black sanded spray, which hides the 3D-print layer lines and mimics the plastic body of an arcade cabinet.

整机采用 3D 打印一体分模壳体,分为上盖、下底两大主体模块,圆角跑道形轮廓。表面做哑光黑磨砂喷涂,遮盖 3D 打印层纹,模拟老式街机塑料机身质感。

  • 01圆润外壳弱化棱角磕碰风险,桌面摆放视觉柔和,复刻迷你吧台街机的柔和机柜造型
  • 02分模结构便于内部元器件装配与后期维修,屏幕、喇叭、主板可单独拆装

INTERNAL ZONING

Inside, the shell is divided by a double-layer partition so the functional zones do not interfere with each other.

壳体内部做双层隔断分区,使功能分区互不干扰。

  • 01前区屏幕仓:正面居中预留嵌入式屏幕槽位,独立封闭空间固定触控显示屏,屏幕边缘预留装配间隙
  • 02中部主控仓:容纳 AI 主板、语音拾音麦克风与供电模块,居中布置,靠近顶部摇杆交互组件
  • 03背部发声腔体:后半段独立密闭音腔,专门容纳扬声器单元,保证音响低频共鸣效果

DESIGN ITERATION设计迭代

GEN 01

第一代

  • 音腔与主板仓共用同一空间,喇叭与电路板挤在一起
  • 音质浑浊,电路易受震动干扰
  • 没有开孔,声音沉闷
  • 没有散热孔,使用温度过烫

GEN 02

第二代

  • 内部做功能分区隔断,分离喇叭音腔、主控与屏幕仓
  • 增加散热孔,使性能更强
  • 在灯的底部设置导线槽,使线无需外露在外面

DETAILS结构细节

Four structural details were resolved alongside the shell: the charging structure and headphone jack, the rear speaker structure, the top power-switch structure, and the internal assembly.

除壳体之外,共处理了四组结构细节:充电结构以及耳机孔结构、背部扬声器结构、顶部按钮开关结构与内部结构。

PROTOTYPE样机效果

The finished unit is a working 3D-printed prototype: split shell, sprayed matte black body, blue joystick, hex grille and an embedded touch screen on the front face.

最终交付的是可用的 3D 打印功能样机:分模壳体、哑光黑喷涂机身、蓝色摇杆、蜂窝网孔与正面嵌入式触控屏。

PROCESS NOTES设计总结

WHAT THE ITERATION CHANGED

The first generation failed on acoustics, vibration and heat because the driver, board and screen shared one volume. The second generation separated the three zones and added ventilation and a cable channel under the lamp. The lesson carried into the drawings: acoustic volume, electronics and thermal paths have to be allocated before the shell is modelled, not after.

第一代的问题出在声学、震动与散热——喇叭、主板与屏幕共用一个空间。第二代完成三区分离,并增加散热孔与灯底导线槽。这次迭代带来的经验是:音腔、电路与散热路径必须在建模壳体之前就完成分配。
